Do you require appointments?

Yes, to ensure we can provide you with dedicated and personalized care, all our massage sessions are by appointment only. You can easily book by calling us at 843.642.8399.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. 

What is the reschedule policy?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to help you find a new time that works for you without any additional fees.

What do I need to wear to my appointment?
For your comfort, wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. During the massage, you will be professionally draped, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. You can undress to your comfort level.

What is the late arrival policy?
We strive to keep all appointments on schedule. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Client Safety & Professional Service Policy

For the health, safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients and massage professionals, Haus of Eden Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service under the following circumstances:

  • Body Odor: If a client arrives with excessive or strong body odor that makes providing services uncomfortable or unsanitary, the massage service will be declined or discontinued.
  • Intoxication: Massage services will not be provided to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This policy is in place to protect the safety of both the client and massage professional.

If service is refused or cancelled due to intoxication, excessive body odor, or behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of the session, the appointment will be considered a cancellation.
